核心职责
在指定区域内开发新的商业机会

通过定期拜访,维护并加强与现有客户的关系

推广和向客户推荐(追加销售)公司的产品系列,以满足客户需求

达成个人及团队的销售目标(KPIs)

提供报价、处理订单,并确保流畅的客户体验

与内部团队(仓库、物流、客户服务、财务)通力合作,确保订单及时交付

向管理层汇报销售活动、客户反馈及市场趋势

紧跟行业发展动态及竞争对手的活动

任职要求
具备高度的职业操守,在所有商务往来中保持强烈的诚信意识

有食品分发、食品服务(Foodservice)或快消品(FMCG)销售经验者优先考虑

在实地/外勤销售(On-road / Field Sales)和 B2B 客户关系管理方面有良好的往绩记录

具备出色的沟通、谈判和客户服务能力

自我驱动、目标导向,并能够独立工作

具备良好的时间管理和组织协调能力

持有有效的澳大利亚驾驶执照(须为全驾照 Full Licence)

具备优秀的沟通技巧

具备基础的计算机操作能力(如 MS Office、CRM 系统等)

About the business:

B&E Food is a National Foodservice Company supplying customers with a wide range of products such as fresh poultry, meat, frozen goods, smallgoods, packaging, and groceries. We are a progressive and people-focused business, and are committed to recruiting, training, and retaining high quality people.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of customers within your assigned territory. You’ll visit clients on the road, build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote our range of food products to achieve sales growth.

Location note:
This role will initially be based at our Langwarrin facility, with a planned relocation to our new Laverton site (West Melbourne) in early 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits

Promote and upsell the company’s product range to meet customer needs

Achieve individual and team sales targets (KPIs)

Provide quotes, process orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience

Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, delivery, customer service, accounts) to ensure timely fulfilment

Report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management

Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activity

Skills & Qualifications

High professional ethics and strong sense of integrity in all business dealings

Previous experience in food distribution, foodservice, or FMCG sales highly regarded

Proven track record in on-road / field sales and B2B relationship management

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Good time management and organisational skills

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence (Full licence required)

Excellent communication skills

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)
